Get your business back up and running with our RAID Recovery service
At EADR we can recover data from your Redundant Array of Independent Drives, or RAID, even if it has been stripped or mirrored. Ask our clients and many would say that it's not only the quality of service we offer that marks us out, but our down to earth approach to explaining problems or resolutions in a jargon-free way that doesn't leave the customer feeling confused or vulnerable.
We offer such high-quality RAID recovery, London businesses turn to us to retrieve important data and get their operations back to business as usual. RAID structures offer an excellent way to store data but even the best systems aren’t completely fault-proof. Whether due to design, limitations of technology or incorrect implementation, data failures can leave your data, and ultimately your business, vulnerable. Whilst recovering data from RAID systems is notoriously difficult, we have developed sophisticated methods that can recover and reassemble even the most complex of RAID arrays.
Down time can be disastrous for your business, so we use all our knowledge and experience to extract data from all formats and interfaces of drive types to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Why Choose Us for your data recovery?

We offer a free collection service
For those clients who are unable to get to a Post Office or arrange their own courier collection, we offer a next working day collection service at absolutely no cost or obligation to you.
We use a local courier company for collections in Norfolk and Waveney, and a national courier for the rest of the UK.
You can request the collection by filling in our collection request form on our website and one of our team will be in touch to make the arrangements with you. If we receive your request before 11am we will do our best to arrange the collection for the same day.

Your hard drive will need to be packed securely
The best way is to wrap it in plenty of bubble wrap and place it in a small, plain cardboard box. Inside the box we will need you to enclose a completed shipping form with your full contact details, and on the outside of the box please place our full address.
We cannot stress enough how important it is to pack your media carefully, as failure to do so can result in the possibility of further damage.
Please note that the free collection service is available for hard drives, RAID arrays and solid state drives only, we cannot include free collection for USB flash drives or SD cards.

Free inspection
Our free inspection service allows us to examine your failed media for you and perform a number of in-depth tests to determine the exact cause of the problem and ultimately predict the chances of successful recovery.
These tests will include a visual inspection to check for signs of impact, the integrity of the drive, a check of the key electrical components and if necessary, a more in depth analysis under clean room conditions if mechanical failure is indeed suspected and we always seek your permission prior to doing this.

Free quote
Once we have performed our tests we will be able to offer you a report of our findings, together with an accurate and fixed quotation for you to consider.
This is a ‘free’ totally ‘no obligation’ service so if you opt not to continue with the works to recover the data, then the drive will either be returned to you (a return shipping fee will apply) or if you do not require the item back then we can securely dispose of it for you.
