Looking for reputable computer engineer to recover your Apple Hard Drive?
We all know the feeling. You go to switch your desktop or laptop on as usual and nothing happens.
You try the plug or power supply, and that’s fine. It just doesn’t want to turn on. Even worse is when everything seems to be running well one minute, the next there’s error messages popping up all over the place before it fatally crashes.
No matter how advanced computing technology, these machines all have a lifespan. Some last longer than others but one day, they’re just going to break down. And if you’ve not backed up your important information and data, then it could be a problem.
However, it’s a problem with a convenient solution. Here at EADR we specialise in Apple hard drive recovery. We’ll send a courier round to pick up your hard drive, then retrieve any information that you need before sending it all back to you at a convenient address.
Whether it’s important financial spreadsheets or family photos, we operate with 100% discretion and all of your important information is treated with maximum care and privacy.
It’s never ideal when machines break down, but it doesn’t have to be a disaster. Here at EADR we can help, so gives us a call when the time comes.
Why Choose Us for your Mac hard drive recovery?

We offer a free collection service
For those clients who are unable to get to a Post Office or arrange their own courier collection, we offer a next working day collection service at absolutely no cost or obligation to you.
We use a local courier company for collections in Norfolk and Waveney, and a national courier for the rest of the UK.
You can request the collection by filling in our collection request form on our website and one of our team will be in touch to make the arrangements with you. If we receive your request before 11am we will do our best to arrange the collection for the same day.

Your hard drive will need to be packed securely
The best way is to wrap it in plenty of bubble wrap and place it in a small, plain cardboard box. Inside the box we will need you to enclose a completed shipping form with your full contact details, and on the outside of the box please place our full address.
We cannot stress enough how important it is to pack your media carefully, as failure to do so can result in the possibility of further damage.
Please note that the free collection service is available for hard drives, RAID arrays and solid state drives only, we cannot include free collection for USB flash drives or SD cards.

Free inspection
Our free inspection service allows us to examine your failed media for you and perform a number of in-depth tests to determine the exact cause of the problem and ultimately predict the chances of successful recovery.
These tests will include a visual inspection to check for signs of impact, the integrity of the drive, a check of the key electrical components and if necessary, a more in depth analysis under clean room conditions if mechanical failure is indeed suspected and we always seek your permission prior to doing this.

Free quote
Once we have performed our tests we will be able to offer you a report of our findings, together with an accurate and fixed quotation for you to consider.
This is a ‘free’ totally ‘no obligation’ service so if you opt not to continue with the works to recover the data, then the drive will either be returned to you (a return shipping fee will apply) or if you do not require the item back then we can securely dispose of it for you.
