If you are not within driving distance from us in Dereham, Norfolk and/or are unable to send your item to us yourself, we will be happy to arrange a courier collection for you.
For a small fee, we can send a courier to pick up your hard drive and bring it in to our workshop for your free inspection. This service is undertaken by our trusted local courier partner if you are based in Norfolk/North Suffolk, or by a Nationwide Courier if you are further afield. If requests for collection are received before 11am we will attempt to arrange a collection the same day.
This collection service is accessed via a form on our website, upon submission of which one of our friendly team will contact you to confirm details and make the necessary arrangements so we can book your courier for you.
Your hard drive will need to be packed securely and labelled with our address. The best way to do this is to wrap your hard drive in a very good thick layer of bubble wrap and place it in a small, plain cardboard box – your aim is for it to fit snugly and not move inside the box. As well as your faulty hard drive or USB, you must also enclose your completed shipping form. This can also be found on the website. Finally, our full postal address on the outside of the box.
Once we receive your hard drive the next working day we will confirm its safe arrival by email.

This dedicated premium service is best suited for clients who are on a very strict deadline for time and need emergency data recovery. Our team will be ready to receive the faulty drive at a pre-arranged time, day or night, and start work on your case as a priority.
