East Anglian Data Recovery Services Limited (EADR) achieved ISO 9001 Certification in 2017 through QMS International. This Standard is recognised world-wide and highlights the importance of customer satisfaction to an organisation's success and we are extremely proud to have achieved this accolade.
Organisations that want to maintain this success must consistently deliver products and services in accordance with their customers’ needs and the ISO 9001 Certification is invaluable in helping us achieve this. John Goldring, the Consultant who assessed us for the ISO 9001 Standard, stated "EADR showed great interest in ISO 9001 and already had most of the required processes in place before I arrived. Both Mr Steven Cook and Mrs Alison Cook were very keen to implement the changes that I recommended, and this enthusiasm will stand them in good stead to ensure continued compliance." Achieving ISO:9001 status is definitely something that should not just be reserved for larger corporate bodies and we make no secret of the fact we are a smaller business here at EADR, but we have always run a really tight ship with our processes.
