Very helpful company in the middle of nowhere!

They were unable to fix the issue with my granddads hard drive or recover any data due to a serious mechanical fault but they were nice enough and advised the situation before wasting anyone’s time.

One thing to note, sat nav might lead you into a local farm/industrial estate. The entrance is basically on the corner of the road which curves to the right where you can indicate left to go straight on. You’ll know when you get there, because there’s a big farm house in front and a pond on your right!

Also, there’s a cute farm dog 😍

EADR were recommended to me by our Parish Councils IT consultants following the failure of my external hard drive. From the outset EADR were very friendly and completely professional, outlining in detail what they would do to recover my lost data. Throughout the whole process I was regularly kept up to date with progress and advised of any potential risks.
