I managed to neglect to back up my Apple Mac laptop, it then decided to crash the recently installed hard drive whilst making a back, connected Robin of Orwell computers who is a top guy who installed another new hard drive under warranty.

Robin recommended Eadr as the people to go to to recovery my lost data..

Data recovered and placed onto my own external hard drive, follow up contact to make sure all was well..

Using a DR for the first time – was rather a scary thing – I was already in a complete panic about the ‘lost’ data, however the team at EADRS were super.

Yes its not a cheap service but then again it is a complex procedure. The team kept me informed at all stages. I am so lucky that save for a few photos my entire contents of the hard drive were recovered. A lesson learnt – ensure your back up is actually backing up and a back up to the back up.

I was in despair when I could not get into my external hard drive to use my files. I was put in touch with EADR who gave me an immediate response and told me that they might not be 100% successful but there’d be no fee if no success. The work was started quickly and I was given an opportunity to check the success before completion. It was not cheap but well worth paying for. I’d certainly recommend this firm.

I was recommended EADR by a company I contacted about my faulty memory stick, he said there is only one company he would truly recommend and it turns out he was correct.

My memory stick ha suffered a complete failure and I was sure all the data was lost. EADR managed to extract all the files from the old stick and put them onto a new stick in a matter of days despite the beast from the east delaying them receiving my faulty stick.

Very helpful company in the middle of nowhere!

They were unable to fix the issue with my granddads hard drive or recover any data due to a serious mechanical fault but they were nice enough and advised the situation before wasting anyone’s time.

One thing to note, sat nav might lead you into a local farm/industrial estate. The entrance is basically on the corner of the road which curves to the right where you can indicate left to go straight on. You’ll know when you get there, because there’s a big farm house in front and a pond on your right!
