On the day prior to my assignment submission date for college, i went to upload all my work only to find out that all files had become corrupted! As i think anyone would i began to panic. I put out a plea on facebook to ask if anyone had any solutions to my problem?!

Wow!!!! From start to finish wonderful customer service. I got recommended to Alison and Steve when my daughters hard drive with her GCSE work on got EXTENSIVELY damaged just before her exams. Not only did they somehow managed to recover the files but got the back up flash drives to her school and myself in record time. Cannot thank them and recommend them enough. Having had a complete hard drive meltdown, I’m pleased to say these guys saved our bacon.
They started working on our drives Last Friday and worked over the weekend and had our data recovered and on a memory stick back to us by Monday.

My colleague had omitted creating a regular backup of his digital family photos and when the time came for his external HDD to fail he was distraught at the thought of losing 14 years worth of photos of his children growing up.
I was recommended by an IT company in Hull to contact EADR - they suggested that if any one could possibly save the data, this company could.
After a few telephone chats with Alison st EADR, giving further details re: the history of the drive, I mailed them the hardware in the hope they could help.
Within a 4 day turnaround I had a brand new shiny portable HDD containing all the lost files. All 14 years worth of photos recovered.
Needless to say , my colleague was overjoyed and now has all his archive backed up both physically and in the cloud.

After one our clients hybrid disks failed we contacted eadr. The disk contained vital data and would of seriously affected business had it of been lost. The heading says it all really – Steve and Alison provided us with accurate and timely information form the moment they received our damaged HDD. Gave very clear indications of what was likely to happen (did not ‘over promise’) and made it clear that we would only pay if we received the data we needed. Work done very quickly and, thankfully, all that we needed was recovered – we received the recovery disc very quickly. Extremely impressed by their courtesy, integrity and professionalism.

Amazing Service
My son was finishing a University assignment when his laptop crashed – you can imagine the stress. A local computer Company recommended EADR so I gave them a call, followed their very clear instructions and sent his hard disk to them. Excellent customer service
Was in fear of losing all my photos of many years but I phoned eadr and they were fantastic – they arranged to pick up my broken down hard drive and emailed me and phoned keeping me updated on everything at each stage…
I cannot praise them enough they are so very friendly…. They retrieved all my photos and videos and posted a memory stick back to me with everything on..
